Forum Behavior Bay-Journal is intended for a "family audience." We encourage all age groups, especially youngsters to enjoy learning about local history. We encourage everyone to use the Bay-Journal forum boards with this in mind and avoid posting of messages that may be considered "inappropriate" for viewing by children. Open discussion boards are an excellent way for exchanging ideas and opinions on various subjects. Members are expected to be respectful of other opinions and avoid entering into an exchange of personal attacks which could be cause for being banned from the forum. It is better making your postings "positive" rather than demeaning an individuals opinion or character. Stating, "I disagree", is a much better response than, "that's stupid!" Even better avoid responding to such messages! Doing so only encourages more of the same. Instead report such postings to the Forum Administration to handle.
